helpful staff nice touch excellent assistance
the staff provided excellent assistance during check-in the hot chocolate was a nice touch and the security was present. the staff member who prepared my dinner showed patience as i decided on my meal. i appreciated their attentiveness and service and they delivered well.

the bus stop is very close by providing convenient access to transportation options it only takes about two minutes to reach the bus stop from the hotel entrance so getting around is quite easy.

the staff members were consistently helpful throughout my stay at the hotel they were always busy but still provided excellent service whenever needed i really appreciated their dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction.

the room i stayed in was quite spacious and well decorated it featured a sofa and several tables which added to the comfort and functionality the presence of a hairdryer tissues and hand soap was also appreciated.

the breakfast room was very nice and well kept it was spacious and clean and it offered a pleasant environment to start the day i found sitting outside at the back of the hotel to be particularly enjoyable.

helpful staff cute atmosphere clean shower
I found the staff very kind. They helped me quickly when i needed assistance. the atmosphere was cute. i also liked the workspace in the lounge, it was useful. the toilet and shower were clean, which i appreciated after a long trip.
the wifi connection was unreliable. it made it difficult to plan activities. i needed a stable connection for travel arrangements, but it was frequently disrupted.

the staff was friendly and quick. whenever i needed something, they were there to assist. the service staff consistently met dietary needs with really good service and accommodation. i appreciated their help.

long queue weak connection
The location was accessible. Close to supermarkets. the price was very affordable.
the queue for check-in was long. i ended up waiting for about an hour. the hotel's online registration platform didn't function properly. when i finally got to my room, i found that the mattresses didn't have any sheets and the internet connection was weak.

solid stay near transportation
breakfast buffet train station late check
the breakfast buffet offered various choices and was generous. the location is near the train station and getting to the city center is quick. i got a late check out to visit more of the city for a small extra fee.
the room did not have air conditioning and faced south so it got very hot when the weather was around 28 degrees celsius. the windows were tilted and not sealed properly.

the location is quite convenient near the train station. i found the room to be clean upon arrival. the wifi in the room worked well. the staff was helpful and available for assistance.
the noise from nearby train traffic was disruptive during the night. this affected sleep quality negatively.
